We understand investing in your fur baby and trusting a new groomer can be intimidating, so we appreciate you considering us to take care of your fur baby and we don't plan on taking the task lightly!
In this manual, you'll learn a little bit about your experience with us being a valued client. If you have any questions, you can reach out to us using the contact info on the next page.

As mobile dog groomers we are either on the road or grooming someone's fur baby. Working with dogs and sharp equipment requires our full attention. Safety is our number one priority. Thank you in advance for understanding.

Vaccine Records
If you haven't uploaded the vaccine records on the booking software. Please have them ready so we can take a picture and keep them on file.
(Not required for pups over 8 years)
Potty Break
Please take your pup out to pee or potty before the appointment. This helps reduce potty accidents on the grooming table.
Payment Methods
These are the forms of payment methods we accept:
Apple Pay, Cash, Cash App, Credit Cards, Debits Cards, Venmo, and Zelle.
Haircut Preference
Let us know what hair cuts you LOVE for your pup. Keep in mind if your pup is matted you might not be able to perform a specific haircut but with time and maintenance we both can.
The Booking Process
We use a booking software called Groomer Io. It will ask for your full name, address, pups name etc.
You will then have access to our online booking and you can choose the date and time that works best for you. We might have to offer alternate dates or times based on my routes.
You'll receive an appointment reminder 2 days before your appointment. We offer 1 hour arrival windows.
Let's say if you have the 10 am slot the arrival time can be anywhere from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. Don't worry we will always let you know when we are heading your way.

Salon Policies
After you set up your pup's profile you will be redirected to the Client Grooming Agreement. This form includes the mobile salon's policies.

Before The Door
The grooming unit is a truck and a trailer and it is self contained, no electricity/water is needed from your home. The unit takes up about 2 parking spaces. We use a generator to provide electricity to the salon. When we show up to an appointment the longest we can wait is 15 mins. After that we would need to reschedule.
Warm Welcome
We love to meet and greet your fur baby at first. Then he/she is done sniffing we will take him/her onto the trailer. We will let you know via text when we are finished grooming, then we will walk your fur baby to your door. Most appointments take about 1½ hours, depending on your pup's coat condition and how they're feeling that day. We always groom safely and patiently to make sure your pup has the best experience possible.
After The Appointment
You will have access to our online booking and you are free to request appointments at your leisure. We highly recommend that you get your fur baby on a recurring schedule of 4,5,6, or 8 weeks. We highly recommend booking 2 weeks in advance. Please note that appointments get filled quickly before all major holidays.

We are so excited to partner with you to keep your fur baby clean and feeling great. We understand that this is a long process and we appreciate your patience. It is very important that we have covered all the steps with you and that we maintain an open communication with you.
